Important activity notice and a few changes

Oh me oh my, what a few months this has been! The world feels like it has been turned upside down, but we are still here. First off we would like to apologize for what might seem as a lack of visibility on the site, but we are actively trying to do better. Hence why we are now trying to get back on track to give you guys the best place to RP.

Activity check up
Seeing as we are inching closer to a year of Kaleidoscope being open, we want to run an activity check in / check up! There has been made a small altercation to the section about inactivity [please refer to Rules: General rules], and with it has come the addition of a "Who's who" list, which we'll talk about further in a later point. However we would like to check up on you all, mostly to not lock in faceclaims that are not being used. WE WILL NOT BE DELETING PROFILES! But we will be removing faceclaims from the list.
The deadline for being active is set to the 30th of September 2020. If you have not registered to the who's who list, and have not been actively posting within a month on that specific character, you might be in risk of losing your faceclaim. What does activity mean? It means 1 post each month for any of your characters. So if your character has not posted 1 post before the 30th of September 2020, you will get a notice of your faceclaim being removed from the list.

Who's who
We are curious people, and we want to know who we are writing with. Therefor we have added a list to keep track of your characters, making it easier for not only us, but your fellow players. You can find this list under Claims: Who's who. We highly encourage you add yourself here, as it will make activity check easier for us.

Faceclaim changes
Real life is busy, it's filled with new things and changes in life and our lovely admin bels are starting a new chapter filled with study books and exams! Therefore we have chosen to change the setup for faceclaims application and you can read more under Claims: Faceclaim. In general it's to take the pressure off of bels while they are studying, and make it easier for me to add and remove as needed be.
