I always get what I want

She wasnt used to not getting exactly what she wanted so when she had set her eyes on something, it was like some supernatural force had to deliver it to her in an instant or she would have fits of rage. Like a kid being denied a toy, her tantrums were severe. She had lashed out on random people for absolutely no reason, just really because she could. What she had wanted this time? It was simple. This nephilim that she had seen, not quite pureblooded but sweet smelling either way. Straight away she couldnt help herself, using her parents money to figure out who he was, what he did, how his schedule played out.
And then she had seen him walk with some other girl. It was denial all over again and she was so angry, but instead of taking her rage out on someone, she was going to do what she wanted to do all along. Walking fast down the street to catch up to him late at night after knowing he had been seeing that girl, she caught up to him, accidently bumping into him, "Oh, I'm so sorry!" she exclaimed as she turned to look at him with big worried doe eyes. She placed a hand on his shoulder, making a little of a shy smile. "I didnt mean to bump into you like that," she added before tilting her head slightly to the side. She had never been this close to him.

Xander was walking home late, he had been seeing Aiden, but they were still just friends. However he felt something in him. The way he always looked at her out the corner of his eye, how he seemed to study her features when she was occupied by something else like cooking. He liked having a friend like her, even if he felt himself linger in their hugs a bit more. He brushed it off with the thought that he was just craving someone close. He and Buffy were also getting better at communicating, and he had even managed to strike up some conversations with Baal. Everything seemed to fall in to place, at least for a little while. Then he felt a small frame bump in to him, taking a step forward not to fall. At first he thought he was getting jumped again, but as he heard the apology he turned around to look at the daintiest woman he had ever seen. Her big doe eyes looking at him as if she was terrified and curious at the same time. He chuckled, shaking his head. "No worries, I was in my own head not really thinking where I was walking," he confessed, smiling at her. There was something appealing about her, but he couldn't tell what it was, she just seemed rather cute. "Are you alright?" he asked, wondering if she was running away from something or someone.

She might have bumped into him harder than she meant to, but she couldnt help it. In her eyes, he was at fault for having caught her eyes to begin with. This wouldnt have been a problem if he by some magical coincident just had the ability to read her mind and comply to it's wishes - As simple as that. She smiled at his confession with a sweet smile, letting her hand linger for a little longer before she moved it off of him. She knew people didnt like to be touched for long periods by some stranger that had just bumped into them. "That happens," she said with a shrug and her sweet smile staying over her lips. When he asked about her, she pinched her lips shortly together, "Yeah, I'll be alright," she assured him.
She looked around for a moment before she looked back at him. "You dont seem the type to hang around here," she admitted as she tilted her head at him. She wanted to say how angry she was at him for being here, being with that dumb hybrid but she kept her doe eyes big and her smile sweet like honey. "Heading to the center?" she then asked.

Xander couldn't help but smile at her smiling. There was something about her he couldn't seem to place. Her statement made him chuckle a bit, shaking his head as he shrugged a little. "Is it really that obvious?" he asked, his smile turning in to a small grin. "But yeah, I'm heading to center, you going there as well?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. She didn't seem like someone who should hang around here either, but he could see now that she was a vampyre. "If you are I wouldn't mind the company," he confessed with a small shrug. If she agreed he would start walking in a comfortable pace for the both of them. He was always pretty relaxed, used to strangers, but he felt like he might've seen her before. Or maybe she just had one of those faces. Her eyes, however, were a story on their own. Two different colors, it was rather unusual, but also extremely interesting. "My name's Xander, what's yours if you don't mind me asking?" he asked, wanting to strike up a casual conversation. He had gotten so used to it with Aiden.

"It really is," she chuckled with a soft grin before she listened to his answer, nodding at his question,  though she just looked around for a moment rather than answer. She answered after his confession that made her smile brighter. "Yeah. I've been visiting a friend, but he wasnt there," she said, pouting a little with a frown at her own words. She hadnt really been seeing anyone, her motive to be here right in this moment was solely running into him - But she couldnt just tell him that. Not yet, that was.
She followed him at his relaxed pace, she moved quite elegantly with her slender figure. He hadnt even needed to tell her his name because she already knew. But she guessed she had to act like she hadnt known. "I'm Nahia," she said in a little shy voice before she giggled a little. She grabbed onto his arm, feeling it wouldnt be too intruding. "What brings you to the western part anyway?" she asked with her eyebrow raised.

"Nahia? Beautiful name for a beautiful woman," he said with a smile, chuckling a bit as she giggled. She seemed rather innocent and cute, a trait he hadn't seen much of in vampyres as of late. As she grabbed on to his arm he was rather surprised, but there was nothing threatening about her behavior. Her question made him hum as he considered what to say. "Well, I've been visiting a friend," he said, smiling a bit to himself as he thought of Aiden. However it stung in his heart to know that she was only his friend when what he longed for was more. "She has helped me through a rough time, and now we're just hanging out; Mostly she is trying to teach me to cook," he explained, chuckling a bit. "But I'm afraid I'm rather hopeless regarding cooking," he added, looking down to the ground as he walked. For some reason it was nice having her hold on to his arm. Maybe it was rude, but he could imagine it being Aiden holding on to his arm as they walked down the streets together. "Aren't you cold?" he asked, knowing he was probably silly for asking a vampyre that.

"Oh, you're a charmer," she remarked with a playfully light slap to his arm as she shyly pressed her shoulders together. To her this way that she was behaving was merely a disguise, after learning in her time in school that sweet and cute paved the way for her most of the time. It was easier as a vampyre to change that easily in terms of what she wanted to portray. A sweet innocent girl that couldnt seem to harm a fly even if she wanted to. She nodded at his words leaning a little closer with a soft sigh, but she wasnt interested in hearing about this other girl at all. She was more focused on just hearing him speak. She chuckled as he spoke of cooking, "That makes two of us," she giggled. She liked the hint of rosewood in his scent and the sweetness of his blood was more than tempting. Seraphim blood was the best around. His question made her shrug, "I feel it, but it doesnt bother me that much. Why are you worried that I'll freeze?" she teased him with a sweet smile, leaning her head up against his arm as she looked up at him. She moved her head back and looked ahead. "I know a shortcut," she said as she started pulling lightly at his arm, keeping back her full strength so it was like having a little girl pull at him. She jerked her head in the direction she wanted him. It was a more quiet part of town, but she wasnt lying.

He couldn't help but smile as she spoke. There was just that easy going thing about her, one that just knew what to say and when. He had always admired that quality, knowing he still had a lot to learn in that regard. As she admitted to not be good at cooking either it made him laugh a little. He was always told that he had a heartily laugh, so he didn't really think of how it might come out. Her giggle however was something quite breathtaking. Like small bells on a string ringing to a perfect harmony. He was taken a bit a back as he listened to her, it was really something he had never heard before. Nahia explained about the cold to her, making him nod, but he still found it odd. He knew that lycans naturally were warm blooded, so they didn't catch the cold too easily either. "I guess I'm just always a little worried, I think it comes with being a big brother," he said, shrugging a bit. He had always been aware of the temperatures around him, mostly because he always worried about Buffy. She was a fenix, and their mother had once explained her as a living flame that could go out with the cold. Maybe that was why he always wanted the apartment to be warm for her, not wanting to risk that flame going out. As she said she knew a shortcut, he raised an eyebrow, looking at her as she pulled at him. He chuckled. "Alright alright, show me," he said, following her down to the quiet area as she kept her arm in his. There was something strangely comforting about the way she was holding on to him. He had been craving more comfort, someone to be close to him, but he couldn't find the courage to say that to Aiden. "Are you in a hurry?" he asked, looking around at the lights that were shining above them. Solstace was getting closer and closer, so he just enjoyed seeing the decorations. He knew he had to figure out what to buy his family members, but then came the whole thought of if he would have to buy something for Baal as well. He knew he was going to get Aiden something, but he didn't know what yet.

Yeah she definitely knew she just had to have him. Not just in the regular sense most thought of. She was possessive and more than that she was a crazy maniac underneath it all. A really bad combo, especially with her vampyre strengths. It was dark and the sun wasnt there to weaken her. She knew she had to be clever, play this out perfectly. So when he agreed to follow her, her smile grew brighter but there was something about the way she looked at him that she couldnt control. It was this love that wouldnt seem like a good one, more like she was proud of what she felt towards him.
His question made her stick out her lips as she thought about it while wetting her lips. She had kept them quite dry this entire time, but now when they were wet, she had to hurry. So with her full strength of a sudden and the notion that he was in his own thoughts, she pushed him against the wall of some apartment-complex. She thought it would have to stun him with his wounded wing, so she forced her lips on his, or more like rubbed what she had on hers onto his. She stepped back and started giggling excitedly as she grabbed a cloth and wiped her lips to after drink a vial of something, “It’s time for a nap, Xander,” she said with a deranged laugh, moving over to touch his face. “You’ll be mineeee,” she whispered gently.

Xander didn't know what to think. Her smile seemed to linger a little too long, making it almost creepy. But he brushed it off with it being because of the darkness around them. He followed her almost blindly, until she stopped, pushing him back rather fast, making him groan as his shoulder was hurting. His wings he had luckily retracted, but that didn't make the pain go away. Then he felt her lips on his, widening his eyes surprised and stunned. He didn't even get to react before she moved away from him. His heart was beating fast, confused he blinked a few times when he started feeling dizzy. "Wha.." he mumbled, stumbling a bit to stay on his feet as she touched his face. Then everything went black, his body collapsing where he stood. He didn't know how much time had passed when he started to gain conscious, but he could barely move his body. Feeling a sharp pain in his shoulder he mumbled a faint groan.

He was slowly realizing his body's position. He was sitting up, that much was certain, and as he groaned he soon felt a small weight put on his lap. Cold hands were placed against his cheeks as he felt something soft brush against his lips. "Ai-dee?" he mumbled in confusion, however the scent was not of the hybrid. He soon had enough control over his body to open his eyes, looking directly in to the two different colors in front of him. "Nah-ia?" he said in a more clear voice, however he felt the confusion only to be greater. "What's going on?" he asked in a slurred voice, not remembering much. Perhaps he had fallen and she had taken care of him. He couldn't tell, not with the sharp pain in his shoulder making him groan slightly as he tried to adjust himself.

Her words, the way she leaned against him. It all made no sense. Her hands were cold, but it wasn't unpleasant, however as she spoke he felt his confusion rise. She had been watching him, quote on quote, and it made his eyes widen a bit at the realization. Her bumping in to him hadn't been a coincidence. No, that was her acting out that fantasy she had made up in her mind, and he could see the hint of crazy in her eyes. Then she spoke about a stupid girl, swallowing as he knew that she was referring to Aiden. "Don't hurt her," he said, his eyes full of worry. He couldn't handle the thought of Aiden getting hurt because of him, even if it was a direct result of a mad woman. She kissed him again, and he felt himself flinch a little, scared to get poisoned by whatever drug she had used to get him here. "What do you want with me then?" he mumbled, trying to break the kiss up with speaking. He figured the more he knew, the more he could figure out how to get out of the situation.

Breaking her heart? She barely knew him? And he knew nothing about her. He felt himself worry more, feeling rather unsettled by how she was acting. It was like to facades. "So essentially, you want me as a pet?" he asked, trying to follow what she was saying. She clearly wasn't looking for the run of the mill relationship,  but this seemed crazy. He knew that the world was full of crazy people, but this was just like taken from a bizarre movie. As she poked at his veins, he frowned, looking at her a bit confused before he seemed to understand what role she wanted him to be. He couldn't be it, but he could play along. If it meant that Aiden and his family would be safe, then he would do probably anything. He breathed out, placing a hand on her lower back, his thumb caressing her gently. "Haven't you eaten yet, love?" he asked in an almost tender tone. He knew how to act lovey-dovey, it was just if she would believe him.

"You woke me up just fine," he said sweetly, however he knew that if he wasn't playing along he would get hurt. He smiled as she nuzzled her nose against his, as she asked if she could have a taste. "If you're really hungry, you should go out and feed," he said, trying to sound concerning. His other hand moved up to her cheek, looking in to her eyes. "When you return I'll be willing to act as a small dessert," he whispered tenderly. He didn't trust her not to drain him completely, but he knew he also had to play along.

This was insane, totally batshit crazy, and he could feel his heart pump a little faster. Of course she was not going to leave him alone, but he had hoped. At least so he could snoop around and figure out where he was. He felt a little claustrophobic with her being this close, but he had to keep up the act. He moved his hand on her back to push her a little close. "Why would I ever want you to leave?" he asked, pretending to be innocent. He knew this was going to take a toll on his heart. His mind would be lost, and he feared the worst if he didn't play along. "I just worry about you, that's all, and if you need to leave me for a little while, I guess I'll have to sit around in self pity waiting for you to return," he whispered, turning the corners of his mouth downwards, as if her leaving would make him inconsolable. She made her call, and he loosened his grip a little, giving her the room she needed and giving him some time to look around. As she hung up it was clear she wasn't having him drifting away in his searching eyes, pulling a bone chilling smile. He frowned, mimicking hers as he moved both his hands up to her cheeks, caressing them softly as if she was the most valuable thing he had ever seen. He looked down, feeling it hard to pretend, yet he knew he had to. He had to play along. Did she even believe this herself? That he could just flip a switch and be madly in love with her? "I can't tell you that," he confessed, that was the truth, because he knew he cared for someone else. However before she got angry, he looked at her. "It wouldn't be fair to compare a goddess to those of lesser value, would it?" he asked in his charming voice, looking her directly in the eyes. He was speaking the truth, however when he said those words he wasn't thinking of Nahia. He was thinking of Aiden, how her full lips always curled so sweetly when she smiled. Just thinking of her made him smile genuinely, however to Nahia it would look like he was just smiling happily at her. Was this how he was going to remain his sanity? Swallowing his pride, he pulled her closer, placing his lips softly against hers, moving them rather tenderly. "You're more beautiful than anyone or anything I've ever seen," he whispered against her lips, moving his lips down to her neck. He didn't like this. It was fake, and it was hurting his hard badly. "Not even Caemille could compare to what you are," he whispered tenderly. He wanted to pretend, he needed to pretend, but for how long could he do it. He sighed against her cold skin, missing the heat of another being already. "I'm sorry, I seem to still be rather tired after my nap," he whispered, feeling a little lightheaded at her scent. He knew vampyres to be alluring, but hers just seemed to draw him in the longer he was around her. "How about we cuddle for a while? I just need to rest my shoulder a bit," he said, not knowing if she would even allow that.

She wanted him close, but she refused to cuddle? He couldn't quite figure her out. If she wanted him for his body she could've just taken him if she wished. A vampyre bore great strength, so she could just do it. However she seemed to be infatuated with the idea of love, and not wanting that closeness go beyond her boundaries. As she moved away he felt a slight shiver run down his back, trying to sit as still as possible. What would break him first; her constant need for affirmation or the fact that he would be alone with her? However when she told him to call it off with Aiden, he felt his jaw tremble, looking down as he feared the worst. This would break him. He could already tell. "Why?" he asked, frowning as he looked back at her. "Do you feel threatened by her?" he asked, knowing this would set her off, but he couldn't know for sure. Her emotions seemed all over the place, and it was the unpredictability about her that raised the hair on his neck.

Oh this was turning out to be quite scary, looking at her with a surprised look. He didn't want Aiden to get hurt, however he knew that he would hurt by telling her what Nahia was asking of him. He shook his head, looking at her with pleading eyes as she suggested going to her herself. "No, no don't, my love," he pleaded, taking her hand and holding it to his lips. He closed his eyes taking in a deep breath. He was going to go insane like she seemed to be. "Of course I'll tell her that she is to stay far away from me, I just couldn't believe that my beautiful goddess would wish that," he said apologetically. It was all an act, he wanted to escape and hide away from this amount of crazy. But what about when she grew tired of him? Would he simply be let go or would she just end his life? "But I must beg one thing of you, please my love, I need to tell my sister not to worry," he said. Buffy was his only hope, but he was not going to let her get involved with this crazy. He knew he could trust Baal to protect his sister. "Just telling her I'll be away for a while, spending time with the only one I could ever love," he said.
