I always feel like somebody's watchin' me

She was painfully aware of that fact, but it didn't make it hurt less. Feeling the touch on her neck made her wince a little, gritting her teeth as she looked ahead. "One of the shadow creatures ... The healer has taken care of the worst of it, but it might leave a scar," which was normally a proud thing for any hellhound to bear, especially if it had been defending it's master.
Liam came in to the room, looking at the hound and the female there. "Both of you should scatter and get some rest; The watchers will come here for questions first," he said, being the wise mentor that he was meant he often knew what the watchers did before they did themselves. "Will you make sure she gets home? Escort her if necessary, but it wouldn't be wise for her to shift in this state of healing," he looked at Hunter with a worried frown on his lined forehead.

The hellhound grumbled, a slight growl in the back of her throat as she got up on her paws. She wasn't showing it right now, but she was grateful for the other being there for her. The comment made her whine, pushing her hip against the other, rolling her eyes before moving out of the room and down the narrow staircase. She knew the way to the backdoor, even though she really wanted to join Freddy right now. Just walk by his side, even if it was in the shadows. "Take care of her," Liam pleaded with the informant before letting them out in to the night.
Being a hellhound was great. She felt the earth beneath her paws and while she wasn't doing too good health wise, she was feeling quite better now that she was outside. "I didn't mean to cause a scene for you," she finally spoke, albeit rather silently, almost as if the wind was speaking to her. She remained hidden in the shadows, not wanting to scare any being in this realm, be it mortal or not. "I just couldn't deny him," it was normal for hellhounds to be loyal. They only wished to serve their master in the end, and when Freddy had demanded answers how could she not? As a kid the watchers had made sure she stayed quiet, but now that she was an adult she had a harder time abiding by their rules. "And this muzzle they put on me isn't helping," it was almost like a small unseen symbol on her skin that made it impossible for her to speak freely to Freddy about everything. "I couldn't even say what I was!" A growl soon followed as the hellhound was rightfully disgruntled.

"I don't know ... I don't think I want to burden him with all this baggage," she confessed, but maybe she was right, maybe she just needed someone to vent to. However she was almost certain that Gaspar would be angry with her from not keeping her promise. And she could only imagine what Vinnie might've told the shifter while she was gone. "I'll need to sleep on it," she finally said, though she wasn't sure she would get much rest at all.

And sleep on it she did. In fact she slept for quite a while, and it was late in the afternoon when she finally woke up. She was laying on the floor in front of the fireplace, still in her hound form. Maybe she could try and change forms now? And she did, albeit pretty painfully. She had to sit down in the couch, heaving for air as her body felt slightly on edge of passing out. How was she ever going to make it to see Gaspar?

She had gotten herself together a little bit, pushing herself off and up from the couch, staggering to the kitchen where she saw how neat it looked. Sighing to herself she opened the fridge, seeing the container with neatly cut pieces of meat. That watcher was something else, wasn't she? Regardless she took the container out, eating from it a little fast, but she also felt quite famished. Maybe it had been the long days she had had as of late, and her eyes kept looking around as if she was expecting something or someone to appear. But no-one came.
Having filled her stomach she went to try and wash herself, getting dressed, however it took a long time from how beaten and broken her body still felt. The healer had done wonders, she knew that much, but her body still had to process it all. Eventually she got herself out the door, heading to Vinnie's place. Knocking on the door she waited to be let in by the buzzer before moving up the stairs.
