School Shenanigans [cw]

Zaira was very much a chameleon. Just as fierce as she could act around teachers that she hated, just as good of a student she could be when the educator was to her suiting. Out the corner of her eyes she noticed Kurtis leave, but she didn't blame him. He was probably rather mad about what had happened earlier, and yet she couldn't be bothered by rumors. People would always have shit to say, but it didn't concern her if they suddenly saw her as cheap.
Getting out to the gate she saw Abel, wrapping her arms around him in a quick hug, "hiya," she said, looking over his shoulder to see Jeremy and Kurtis heading away and she frowned. "If you wanna go hang with them, it's fine?" she said. It wasn't really a test to see what he decided, it was more a fact that she wasn't here to fuck shit up for anyone.

Abel was pretty stoked for hanging out, so he wasnt really hesitating to return the quick hug. "H-hey." he greeted her. He noticed how she was looking over his shoulder, looking at the guys walk off. "A-a-a-and listen to Kurtis whine? N-no thank y-you. He did this to h-himself." he just said, reaching down to grab her hand. "I h-h-h-havent been able to think about anything e-else than hanging out today in class." he admitted with a soft chuckle. He nodded for her to follow, walking the other way than Kurtis and Jeremy. Jeremy however couldnt help himself, stopping as he looked at Kurtis. "Come on." he pleaded. Kurtis groaned and rubbed his face. "Why?" - "I want to know how it goes." he said, pulling at the lycan that most of all just wanted to go home.

Zaira smiled, feeling like her cheeks might start to hurt if she smiled much more around this guy, "Oh so I've been busy in your mind?" she chuckled, following him as she just had her bag over her shoulder, "no wonder I feel tired if I've had to be two places at once." A bit of a sappy joke, but she wasn't too tired luckily. While Churchill wasn't as warm as Madrid was this time of year it was actually pretty decent today. The sun was shining above and she pulled her hair back in to a lazy ponytail, getting some air to her neck. "So where are we going?" she asked, looking around but not really recognizing much yet. She still had to learn how to find her way around, but it would come eventually, she was sure of it.
Her hand moved over, bumping against his for a while before she took it in her own. This was kinda cute. It was the sort of playful type of hanging out or dating that she actually rather liked. Nothing too serious and just the two of them having a bit of fun. "Speaking of the sour grape of a guy, he was assigned my partner in geography," she complained, rolling her eyes as she was clearly over having to babysit in class. "I know I'll be the one doing the whole assignment anyways, because no way in hell is he sitting down long enough for us to have a normal discussion."

Her chuckle made him clear his throat as he looked a bit down in a flustered manner. Would she find him lame if he said yes? The joke however eased him up to smile again. It was pretty warm out, which was why he wasnt wearing his jacket and his shirt slightly unbuttoned. The question made him hum. "Well, I wanted us to go get snacks and then we'd go to my h-house." he explained with a shy smile.
He felt her bump her hand against his but he wasnt really taking the hint at all, sometimes apologizing because he thought he was in the way, but then she took his hand and he felt a little dumb. He could only really chuckle it off. The mention of Kurtis made him hum as he chuckled at her complaint. "Well, he'd kill me if I tell you, but I also think he has lost that privilege for n-n-now. But you can j-j-just ask him for his notes. H-h-h-he w-wants to seem like h-h-he's this tough guy but he d-d-does his homework and a-a-assignments even if he doesnt turn them in e-every time. S-so you dont have to do i-it all on y-your own." he explained before he sighed. He couldnt really tell her how to get him to talk because the lycan was just an ass.
After going to the store, Abel carried the small plastic bag of snacks, looking around. "H-have you been here before? There's a n-nice spot over by t-the fountain. But it's p-p-prettiest at n-night." he explained before they walked the rest of the way. His parents lived in the rich part of central with elevator and all kinds of service. Abel unlocked the door but hesitated for a moment. "I-I-I'm just gonna warn you now." he said but he didnt know what to say exactly so he just opened the door. It was all fine inside, but there were medical supplies here and there. One door was also closed while all the others were open.

Maybe she should take Abel's advice, just talk to him, but then again if she was going to get an attitude from the lycan every time she opened her mouth she wasn't going to stick to trying. After getting snacks she took some time to look around. As he pointed out the fountain she smiled, "you'll have to show me some time then," she said. It might be a bit sappy for her, but she could do it if it meant seeing him smile more. He seemed like he needed it. As they went in to a building he stopped them for a moment, warning her, but she wasn't really prepared to see the medical supplies. Biting the inside of her cheek it reminded her of her father's last few months alive. A very delicate part within her that she tried to suppress.
Giving his hand a squeeze she just smiled, looking up at him, showing him she wasn't backing off. Glancing quickly around she did notice the shut door, but was not lingering on it. "Do we need to keep quiet?" she asked, because the last thing she wanted to do was disturb anyone who might be resting. She took off her shoes and hung up her school blazer, placing it and her bag by the entrance before returning to him.

He was definitely going to show her at some point, if this was working out. Going inside he was wondering whether it had been a good idea to bring her here, but he felt like he could trust her enough. Her question made him shake his head. "I-its fine." he assured her. He went out into the kitchen where a maid was cleaning. "Oh hey Abel." she said before she saw the girl accompanying him. "Is this a girlfriend? You never bring anyone else than the boys?" she asked, a little teasing maybe but it was clear that she had good intentions. Abel just cleared his throat and carefully looked at Zaira. "She m-might be at some point if I impress h-her enough." he said with a small smile before the maid chuckled. "Well, I'll leave you two to it." she said, packing her supplies away before leaving, sending Zaira a warm smile. He led her to his room that wasnt that close to the closed off one. It was just a typical teenage boy room, but it was also pretty neat and cleaned, like everything else in the house. He had a sofa as well with enough space for him and the two others to play videogames all day.

Nodding she would remember that, but she wasn't about to fuck with someone who might be sick. Getting out in to the kitchen she saw the maid, nodding at her as a greeting as she looked around the neat design of everything. The question by the maid made Zaira smile as she heard Abel clear his throat, his reply rather sweet, but she wasn't going to interrupt and say anything he might not want her to know. Getting in to the room she looked around, and up at the ceiling where he had hung posters. "A real guy cave," she chuckled. How many times had she been dragged home to guys with rooms that looked like this? Well at least it was clean in here. Moving over she sat down on his bed looking around still and taking it all in. "So many bands," she noted, because she didn't think she knew any of them.

Her chuckle made him scoff as he looked up at the ceiling too. "Yeah, they're the only semi-sterile thing, so it was the only thing I c-c-could do." he remarked with a shrug. He placed his bag on his table before he went to grab a shirt, unbuttoning the formal shirt and taking it off. He threw it in a basket nearby before putting the t-shirt on. "I-it's my sister. She has t-t-this kind of chronic illness, t-t-they found out last year after she got really sick. N-now everything has to be clean and s-s-sterile for her health."

Sterile. Got it. She felt a little too aware of herself being in such a clean environment, but as he went to go change, she couldn't help but taking a sneak peak of his back. Okay, she had to admit she was digging him a little. He went on to explain that it was his sister's quote on quote fault that everything was this clean and tidy. It sounded like a real handful. "I'm sorry to hear; Is she doing alright tho?" she asked, patting the bed next to her to have him sit down. If he did she took his hand, running her fingers up and down inside of his palm as he would speak. "You don't have to tell me everything, y'know, if you don't want to that is," she assured him, but it seemed like he needed someone to talk to most of all. She just held his hand, caressing it softly before a smile was on her lips. "Did you mean what you said in the kitchen?"

He sighed at the question but just nodded. Sure it wasnt ideal but at least she was alive, at least that was what his parents were always talking about. He sat down next to her and let her take his hand, smiling as she touched his palm. "I-I-I know. I'm telling you a-a-all I want to tell you." he assured her.
He looked at their hands before her question made him lift his gaze. He chuckled and then nodded with a more serious expression. "Yeah, I d-did." he told her. Quite carefully, he scooted a little closer before he leaned over to kiss her lips.
Meanwhile, Jeremy stood by the stairs to the fire escape, Kurtis smoking his cigarette. "Fine you dont have to come look. But at least keep an eye out." his friend said, the lycan groaning as he turned his back to him. Why the fuck would he even be interested in seeing what Abel would be doing with Zaira?

Alive sure, but at what cost? She couldn't imagine being hidden away like that for her own good. She was the type to live in the moment even if that moment would cut her life short. He scooted closer, and the sudden confidence in him made her smile as she met him half way, pressing her lips to his. This kiss was a bit different though, prolonging it a little, only breaking it to give him a few small pecks before resting her forehead against his cheek with a smile. "Your lips are awesome," she mumbled, smiling as she felt a little goofy for saying that, pulling away to look at him.
Guiding his hand down to her waist, she moved closer to him, kissing him again, this time wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling herself to him. They ended up laying down on his bed, slowly making out as she felt quite content.

"Y-yours too." he said back, looking at her as she pulled away. He followed her lead and held onto her waist as she moved closer. He greeted her lips, a little less careful this time as he had gotten that over with. They ended up lying down and he didnt mind, pressing her closer to him as he kept moving his lips over hers in a soft motion. He didnt really know what to do, he had after all never made out and not lying down on a bed either. Jeremy made his way up the stairs, groaning quietly to himself as he knew that Abel lived a couple of floors up. It was only good that he wasnt afraid of heights.

For someone who said he hadn't kissed someone before, he was very much a natural and as he pressed her closer she felt her heart beat a little faster. Giving him a light peck she moved her lips down his chin and to his neck, sucking lightly over his pulse, giving him a small bite over the bruise that would soon appear. "You can touch me wherever you want to," she whispered, moving up to straddle him, leaning over him. Her hair tie had given up, the ponytail not really doing a great job of keeping her hair out of her face. She leaned closer to his lips, kissing him again as she grinded softly against him. It wasn't really the plan to have her way with him today, but he could get a taste at least. Her skirt was riding up her thighs as she continued to make out with him.

He felt her lips move down to his throat and he moaned softly as she sucked at his skin to then bite it. He widened his eyes a little as he realized his body was reacting quite strongly to the intimacy, her whisper only adding to the sudden tension that he felt. "Z-Z-Zaira.." he whispered, moving some hair out of her face before she kissed him again, moaning against her mouth as she was grinding him. Jeremy made his way up to the window, peeking carefully until he saw them on the bed. "Holy-!" he exclaimed, quickly covering his mouth as he ducked down, begging that they hadnt heard him, but frankly Abel wasnt aware of anything else than Zaira. Kurtis looked up at him, frowning a little as Jeremy leaned over to the railing, trying to handsign what he was seeing. "Use words, fucker." Kurtis hissed. Jeremy shushed him before he sighed. He was clearly hyped on Abel's behalf, which only made the lycan unhappy, the corners of his mouth slowly turning downwards before he just looked ahead and away from Jeremy.

By the gods he was cute and melting right beneath her. She couldn't say it didn't turn her on a bit, biting his lower lip gently but then she heard someone yell. Stopping what she was doing, looking towards the window, but she couldn't see anyone. She could've sworn that sounded like Jeremy, but perhaps she was just used to the quietness up in Northern. Looking down at him she smiled, her cheeks a little pink from the heat. "Could we open a window?" she asked, feeling how he was getting rather warm as well. She just didn't want to open a window without asking, especially considering his sister's condition.

Jeremy still hadnt heard what had happened with at the locker rooms, but the rumors about Kurtis had reached him quite fast, only that no one had really understood who it was that he had been with, so it was just some mystery girl. Jeremy thought it sounded like a typical Kurtis thing, so he hadnt asked. He thought the lycan just needed some time to lick his wounds and get up again.
As she stopped, Abel looked at her and then followed her gaze to the window before he excused the noises outside. He kept her hair out of her face and took in her pretty face with the slight colour in her cheeks. "Yeah, I'll open it." he said, getting up before he went. His eyes widened as he opened the window to see Jeremy, quickly reaching out to grab his friend before he could hurry down the stairs. "What the hell Jeremy?!" - "Oh Abel, how funny to run into you here of all places..."

He got up and she laid back on the bed, biting her lower lip as she looked at him. Then he seemed to freeze before reaching out the window, she got up, confused but then she heard Jeremy. Her face got a frown on it. "The fuck Jere!" she said, clearly disappointed, but refusing to cover up. In their making out session she had unbuttoned her shirt, and now with her skirt a bit higher she looked a bit disheveled. "Who peaks in windows in the 21st century? Damn," she muttered before getting closer, sticking her head out. That was when she spotted Kurtis, gritting her teeth. Couldn't he get a fucking life? "What are you guys doing here? Afraid I'll take his innocence or some shit?" she yelled, clearly not happy about being snooped on like this.

Abel was also pretty upset by their behaviour, Jeremy struggling a little to find the right words. "No, no, we were.. I was... Uhh. Shit." he tried, closing his eyes hard like he was trying to think of his reason for this kind of behaviour. "Not really afraid. Actually expecting it at this point anyway." Kurtis just said quite seriously, looking up as he drew a drag off his cigarette. There was no reason to sugarcoat it. "Anyway I'm out of here, it was fun Jeremy. See ya and you two, have fun fucking or whatever." he said as an ending note as his cigarette had died out. He flicked it as he waved at them before he went on to leave. "Dude, what the fuck?!" he yelled after him but the lycan didnt care. Abel still held onto Jeremy's shirt.

Expecting it? What the fuck did he mean by that? "Wow, so now you're at slut shaming me? Just because I actually like Abel and want to share something intimate with him that makes me a fucking villain?" she yelled after the lycan, shaking her head as she was done with that bullshit attitude. She placed her hands over Abel's, "let him go, it's not really worth it," she said, looking from one guy to the other. She leaned back inside shaking her head a little as she sat down on his bed, running a hand through her hair. If she had known that Kurtis would get attached she wouldn't have fucked him, that was for sure.

Kurtis shortly stopped in his tracks as she yelled after him. But he seemingly decided that it wasnt worth turning around and saying anything back. Abel felt her hand and listened before he looked at her and made a small nod. Jeremy made a trying smile but he knew he had fucked up. Abel let go and told him to scram before Jeremy seemingly did that, hurrying down the stairs and out of the street. Abel turned to Zaira and went to sit down next to her. "I'm s-s-sorry about that.. They're i-i-iditos."

"Yeah, most guys are," she sighed, scoffing as she picked a bit at her fingers. She leaned her head against his shoulder as he sat next to her, taking a few minutes to calm her temper. "Look I'm not going to pretend like I'm some virgin fantasy girl that does everything right, but I do actually like you," she said, turning her head to look up at him. Her eyes were a bit sad, mostly because she hadn't expected to be called out by a literal man-whore like Kurtis. "And I wasn't just going to fuck you and just ... Y'know not care anymore." Maybe it was because she had been hurt before that she was keeping most people at a distance. But Abel was nice, not in an incel type of way, but as in being genuine. "And yeah I fucked Kurtis, alright, I was drunk and it was a mistake, but hey I can't take it back, so just yell at me and tell me how much of a slut I am or whatever."

He had to agree with her on that one, letting her lean onto his shoulder while he looked at her hands. He looked at her as she looked at him, taking in her words as he nodded. He felt like it was a stretch to be expecting her to not have had her share of experience, mostly because he had kept his. You just became more aware of stuff like that when you were surrounded by people who had nothing but experience. He hummed and reached over to take her hand. But as she admitted to what she had done with Kurtis, he drew in a deep breath and held her hand in his. "Even if it wasnt a mistake, it has already happened so there's no reason to be angry about it. I'm a little disappointed in Kurtis, but he has been there for me always, so I cant hold it against him. Or you. It's just in the past." he explained before he looked at her with a more serious look in his eyes. "I just need to know if you like him too."

Wow, Abel was ... So much different than any guy she had been around before. He was sensitive and polite; Not to mention he was not shaming her for what she had done. Zaira was not one to regret, but seeing that this action had turned on her she did feel a bit of remorse. The serious look made her sigh, breathing out through her nostrils as she looked at his hand holding hers. "I think after today I don't really like him, like fuck I'll tolerate him, but he's on his high horse about all this shit and it pisses me off," she said, shaking her head a little as she looked back at him. "And even if I still like him, it'll go over soon enough, because you make me feel right," not knowing if it was the correct way to say it, but it was how it felt. He felt good, like the kind you could bring home to your parents or the guy who would actually stand on the sidelines and cheer for her at cheerleading events.
"Hey, you didn't even stutter," she smiled, giving his hand a squeeze.

He listened to her, though he couldnt really understand what was going on between those two, he just needed that definitive answer. It was what all his focus laid on for them to continue this way. Go over soon enough wasnt exactly what he had been looking for but the rest she said so nicely that he could overlook it. As she pointed out the fact that he hadnt stuttered, he realized with a surprised oh and seemed to run back time in his head. He then smiled and chuckled, leaning over as he wrapped his arms around her. "Probably only a one time thing. Like n-n-n-now. Yeah..." he said, chuckling before he leaned away to look at her. "I'll tell Kurtis to be nice to you, so you dont have to worry about him m-making you feel like shit. I-I-I dont want him to do t-that to you anyway."

As he chuckled and wrapped his arms around her she chuckled with him, and as he started speaking again, he started stuttering. She looked at him as he spoke about Kurtis but she just shrugged. "He can think what he wants to, as long as I got you," she said with a warm smile on her lips. Awe she was turning a little mushy wasn't she? She got up, only to sit down in his lap once more, her hands holding his face between her palms as she looked at him. "Now, where were we?" she whispered against his lips before she kissed him again.

A couple of weeks passed, and Abel and her was now sort of a couple. Not official, but they were spending a lot of time together. Kurtis was still sour, but he seemed to distract himself. Jeremy had apologized over and over, and Zaira had sort of forgiven him, but he had yet to prove that he would do better. The sun was warm above as she was laying on the field after cheerleading training, heaving for air with a smile on her face. Turned out that training was just as hard, but it made her feel great and though the team was a bit snobbish, she had managed to get a few friends. "Zaira, you coming?" one of the girls asked, "nah I'm skipping the after practice dinner today, sorry girl, I have plans," she said, sitting up on the grass, taking a big swig of her water bottle.
