Finn had eventually found his way to the bathroom, hanging over it as he threw up. Zaira on the other hand had moved outside, talking with one of the guys from the football team who had tried chatting to her before after the games she had cheered on. "You look real hot in that fit, I gotta say," he complimented her, making her chuckle taking a sip of her drink. "There's not much of an outfit, it's more like a peekaboo to my tits," - "Well that's why you look hot," he smiled, leaning down to kiss her. She was a bit surprised, but hey, this was what she had wanted right? She returned the kiss before breaking it. "Imma get in that pool," she said, biting her lower lip before she started to strip down, making the guy whistle and turning a few guys' heads.

After finding a couple of drinks and downing them, the party slowly seemed to move outside. Kurtis and Jeremy stood in the kitchen, Jeremy talking about some funny thing that had happened in class. Kurtis looked out the window just to see Zaira walk with some guy. He should have looked away but he watched them kiss before he essentially had enough and turned, taking a sip of his drink. "I should go check on Finn. Go find Zaira or something." he said, clapping Kurtis' shoulder before leaving the lycan alone. Kurtis just scoffed and shortly eyed the outside. "'Cuz I really do want to stand and watch her tongue some dude." he mumbled under his breath before downing his drink and going into the house.

Finn had gotten the worst part over with, standing and washing his mouth with water before drying himself off. He sat down on the edge of the bathtub rubbing his eyes as if that would help sober himself up more.
Zaira eventually got in the pool, initially just to swim around for a while, but the guy pulled her closer, making her sit in his lap as he started attacking her neck with kisses. A few people mumbled a get a room comment but Zaira just flipped them off. "Listen, Jamie, maybe we could just talk for a bit?" she said, pulling away which made the guy frown. Talk? What did she take him for, some feminine guy or what? "C'mon babe, I just wanna make you feel good," he said making her sigh, giving in as he pulled her closer again. She looked in to the air rather apathetic, clearly not enjoying it too much, but she didn't really want to make a scene when it was just kissing.

Jeremy helped Finn as best as he could, chuckling a little as he told him to lay off the drinks for a bit if he really wanted to impress Zaira. Eventually they just sat and talked or rather Jeremy talked to keep Finn company while he was sobering up.

Kurtis had eventually moved outside after falling into talk with a girl. He was smoking while she was talking about her rich parents, nodding a little as he looked at her. "Everyone's parents are fucking rich here." he said a little aggressively with a frown. He overlooked the pool to see Zaira and the guy from the football team, noticing how Zaira did not quite seem like she was in a situation she liked. He just left the other girl, walking over to them before he crouched down and sent Zaira a small smile. "Yo Zaira, Jeremy is looking for you. He said it was like some super important shit, so you should probably go." he said, before he looked at the guy. He made a small shrug to him and mumbled a faint sorry that he clearly didnt mean.

As Kurtis approached she was afraid he was going to say something degrading, but the mention of Jeremy made her smile. So the lycan had decided to be her knight in shiny armor tonight, huh? "Oh, well if it is super important, I guess I can't let him wait," she said and Jamie had to let go with a frown on his face. Mouthing a silent thanks she went and grabbed her clothes, pulling her shirt over her head, but just holding her skirt for now before walking inside. When she had left Jamie gave Kurtis a rather angry look. "Thanks for nothing, dude, I thought guys like us were supposed to stick together?" he said before getting out of the pool himself and quickly falling in to conversation with some other girl.

Zaira went upstairs, having poured herself a drink on the way. She found Finn and Jeremy, smiling as she saw them in one of the bedrooms. "You feeling better?" she asked, but Finn just nodded, sipping on a cup of water. "Believe it or not, but Kurtis just saved my ass out there," she chuckled as she went on to explain what had happened with Jamie. Finn just seemed to stare into thin air as she explained, clearly not pleased with what he was hearing. "Jere, go have fun, I can babysit for a while," she promised her friend, pulling him up from his seat and pushing him back towards the party.

He made sure to see Zaira off, pretty much ignoring the dude till she was gone and he spoke to him. The lycan looked at him dead in the eyes, "Dont fucking talk to me like we're friends." he hissed in response, "Leave her the fuck alone from now on." he added quite seriously. He wasnt going to stick with some guy that wasnt even aware that Zaira hadnt been that interested and the cycle of the moon was making him a little more prone to give in to aggression.

Jeremy was just sitting with Finn, making sure he wouldnt be throwing up in the bedroom as Zaira came in. He looked at little surprised as she went on to explain how Kurtis had actually done something nice. But as she went on to explain what had happened with Jamie, Jeremy frowned. "What a fucking creep." he said a little disgusted. Her promise made him shake his head as he first objected but soon he was pushed out of the room and stood for a bit. "Fine! I'll be back in 20!" he said before he went downstairs to the party.

Zaira just chuckled at Jeremy, taking a sip of her drink as she sat down next to Finn. She was a bit wet still, but she wasn't drippling water everywhere at least. "I get that managing your booze when you're nervous isn't all that easy," she just said to fill out the silence. From up here the music wasn't too bad. "But we have the whole night ahead of us," she pointed out as Finn placed his head on her shoulder, making her awe at him, rubbing his back, "there there, it'll be alright," she cooed him.
Finn still wasn't fully sober but his hand moved down, placing itself over her bare thigh, but she didn't mind. He was drunk and probably just needed someone to lean on for a while. "Just warn me if you have to barf, aight?" But then he did something that made her feel rather weird. His hand moved up her thigh, right up to her bikini bottom, his nose burying itself in the nape of her next as he started kissing her. "Finn, please stop, you're way too drunk," she sighed, trying to pry his hand off of her, but it was as if his grip was that of iron. She started to feel nervous, her pulse rising, but Finn in his drunken state took that as a sign that she was actually liking it. "I really like you Zaira," he muttered kissing her neck again as his fingers started touching her bikini bottom. "I don't want this Finn, this is the last time I'm going to ask nicely," she said. Mostly her tolerance came from the fact that this was one of Jeremy's friends. However as she had stated her warning, he had seemed to take it as an invitation, pushing himself over her, "you're like the prettiest girl ... Everyone knows it ... Even Kurtis," he muttered against her neck, moving his kisses down to her breast.
Aight, that was it. Folding her hand in a fist she swung fast and hard, getting Finn to be a bit stunned and it made her able to get away from him but tearing her shirt in the process. Fuck, she really liked that shirt. "Fuck you, Finn," was all she managed to say, leaving the guy with a black eye slumped over on the floor. She hurried out the bedroom, swallowing as she went downstairs to the bar, grabbing a few shots. She was shaking a bit, her hand hurting like hell, but it had been worth it. "Wooo, looks like you've had a party upstairs, huh?" a guy teased her, touching her broken shirt but she just hissed and went outside leaving the guy muttering a silent bitch.

So far Kurtis hadnt really had a good time. He had spoken to a few and ignored the girls that pretty much just liked him because he wasnt interested. It was something he wondered about sometimes, why they were so adamant on getting him to like them when it wasnt going to happen. But he guessed he was the idiot because that was how he felt towards Zaira, or at least it was and he was far too busy pushing it away or not believing it. Only he was too fucking stumped and proud to ever tell her if he were to acknowledge it, so it was a dead end regardless.
He went inside to grab another drink, this time just grabbing a whole bottle before he went outside. He saw Zaira again but then someone blocked off his path. The 3rd year that had otherwise broken up with him though they had only been a thing through the rumors. “Kurt, can we talk?” she asked and he knew what she wanted. He tensed his jaw, looking over in Zaira’s direction before he looked at the girl. “Vanessa-“ - “I know I overracted and I’m sorry. Can we please just go back to how we were before?” she asked, playing a bit with his shirt. He considered it for a moment but then he shook his head. “No. I dont want that.” He said before he walked past her to go find Zaira.

Zaira had found a pretty nice spot in the garden, sitting down under one of the trees as she took a big gulp of her drink. Finn was just drunk, he hadn't really tried to ... She couldn't even finish that thought, grinding her teeth together as she took out her phone. She considered maybe calling her mom. Or maybe a taxi home. Or Abel? She knew that he was probably busy but it was times like these that she really needed that one special person that she could talk to about anything. She tried calling him, holding the phone up to her ear. She just wanted to hear his voice. Just that small cute stammering he did and maybe she could close her eyes and pretend like he was there. If he picked up she would talk, or else she would just leave a message. "Hi, it's me, uhm ... Yeah, I'm pretty drunk ... And I miss you," she just said, feeling her body finally react to what had happened in the bedroom now that she was alone. "I just wanted to hear you voice, as if that would make it easier for me to not feel this sad, so uh, yeah."

Abel wasnt busy by the time she called, picking up as he greeted her in a happy tone, stammering as ever. "Are you s-s-sad? Why a-a-are you s-sad?" he asked a little concerned through the phone. Kurtis had found her but seeing that she had been busy trying to call someone, he just stood at a distance behind a tree, drinking from the bottle he was holding onto. He wasnt really worried about making noise as the music blaring in the garden was taking from the quiet. He just listened, for whatever reason it was that he felt like tormenting himself tonight.

She felt her eyes water, sniffling a bit but she tried to not let him hear it. "I just think I won't have any friends after tonight," she whispered, biting the inside of her cheek, already knowing that it was going to be bloody within the hour if she kept chewing like that. She took a sip of her drink, the alcohol burning the raw wound. "Jeremy is never going to talk to me and Kurtis -" she said, looking up at the sky as she felt a few tears run down her cheek, "well we both know he wont stick around my bullshit if Jeremy leaves so, yeah." It hurt a bit to say, but she just had to get it out. Her hand was still hurting from hitting Finn and she rubbed it against the grass beneath her, as if it would make the swelling go down.

Abel was a little confused on the other end, but she had said that she was drunk, so maybe something had happened and now she just felt sad? He listened and was quiet for a bit before he spoke. "Zaira, I dont really u-u-understand. Why w-would they not t-t-talk to you anymore? That's r-ridiculous, you're all friends, I've spoken t-to Jeremy like y-y-yesterday and he said things were good?" he said because he felt a little powerless on the other end. Had something really bad happened? Even Kurtis frowned as he stood not far from her.

She dried her cheeks, shaking her head a little. Was she just overreacting? But still she had punched Finn and he was probably going to tell on her and then they wouldn't want to be around her anymore. "I'm just drunk," she whispered, closing her eyes as she got up, "Sorry I called ... Say hi to Anna from me, alright?" she said before she hurried to hang up. And as she looked up she saw him, her eyes a little bloodshot from crying, but she could excuse it away with the alcohol. "What the fuck are you doing here? Stalking me or something?" she asked rather defensive. Was he keeping an eye on her? Had Finn already snitched and now Kurtis was here to scold her or maybe slut shame her again? "Don't you have one of those needy girls that needs you? I saw Vanessa earlier, she looked like she was looking for you at least," she said, pushing past him.

"I-I'll call you t-to-" Abel said but was cut off as she hung up, unable to let go of his worry, even if she was just drunk. Kurtis wasnt even really trying to hide that well so when she saw her, he just stood still. "No, yes, it doesnt matter. I wanted to check on you." he said, frowning a little but it was out of concern more than anything. Not that there was a difference. Her question made him sigh as he shook his head and caught up to her before he stood in front of her, blocking her way. "What happened to you? Who did this?" he asked rather seriously, trying not to sound too protective though he was.

"Check on me?" she repeated like a question. When had he ever wanted to keep an eye on her unless it was to hurt her eventually? Sure they had formed some sort of friendship, but she knew it was just while they were both getting over the whole ordeal with Abel. And now he was standing in her way, demanding answers as she shook her head. "No, no I am not your girl, Kurtis, you don't have to protect me; I'm more than capable of that, alright," she said, looking up at him with a defying look in her eyes. He wasn't letting her past was he? "What is it with guys and trying to hold me in place? Do you like seeing me in discomfort, is that it? You get off to the thought of me getting hurt?" she asked shaking her head as she gave him a shove, whimpering as her hand was hurting, but she pushed past him heading towards the pool. Maybe being around other people would deter him from holding her back. He was always so concerned with rumors and other people watching, so to her it was a safe bet that it would be best for her to stay right here among all the other people.

She questioned his reply and a part of him couldnt even blame her. But as she shook her head at him and laid out some truth, he did look a bit hurt. Which wasnt something that happened often. But he wanted to protect her and that was why he didnt let her go just like that, he wanted to prove something, not knowing what that was. But as she said he made her feel discomfort, he wasnt really sure what to say, though he hadnt been since he realized he was slipping up. She shoved him away and he watched her go, gritting his teeth for a bit before he just took another swig of the bottle and then flung it at a tree, watching it splinter and all the alcohol pouring to every side. He returned to the party, pretty much in a beeline as he went to Vanessa and grabbed her. She sent him a sweet smile and followed.

Jeremy had fallen in talk with some girl, drinking his beer as she started leaning onto his shoulder. She mumbled something to him that almost made him spit before he carefully moved away and sat up, coughing a little. "Uh, that's nice... Very nice. I'm sure you're... very good at that." he said, frowning a little to himself before he took another long sip of his beer.

Zaira didn't feel good. It felt like the world around her was falling apart. But then Finn showed up and she went pale as a ghost, shaking her head as he approached her. "No, I don't wanna talk with you," she said as he grabbed on to her arms, holding her in place and she felt her body starting to panic, "Finn, let go of me," she whispered, but he shook his head. "Zaira, please, I'm sorry - I just thought you liked it," he said but she just kept shaking her head, "let go of me," she said but when he refused to listen she had to raise her voice. "Let go of me right now!" she screamed before fleeing the party, shaking as she just needed to get as far away from him as humanly possible.

Everyone heard the scream. Jeremy on the couch, Kurtis who held Vanessa as he walked stopped for a second. But Vanessa just pulled at him and he realized how fucking stupid he was. Gritting his teeth he just followed Vanessa without a care. Jeremy however got up. "That's my cue, thank you very much for the lovely company." he said before he went to look for Zaira. He couldnt see her inside so he ran out, looking around and running after her if she was getting away. "Zaira!" he called, trying to catch up to her, but frankly he was a little drunk so he ended up stumbling over his feet and falling knees and elbows first into the ground. "Fuck!" he screamed, rolling onto his back as he felt his knees bleed from colliding with the concrete.

In her panic, Zaira just kept running, not caring who or what was yelling after her. She heard someone scream, but she was way too out of it to turn around now. Fear had set in and she wouldn't stop until she was home where she knew she would be safe.

Finn came running out as he heard the scream of Jeremy, helping him up. "Shit dude, are you alright?" People were already spreading rumors, but seeing as Finn was pretty unnoticeable they didn't know who had held Zaira back. "We gotta get those knees cleaned," he said, helping Jeremy inside, sitting him down in the kitchen as he found some paper towels and drenched them in vodka handing it to him, "it'll kill bacteria."

Some guy was lurking around the kitchen, rather nicely built, a bit athletic. "Hey, you both look pretty shit," he said, walking over and finding a proper medic kit in one of the cabinets. He pulled out some cleaning napkins, kneeling down in front of the guy with the bleeding knees. "Tell me your name," he said as Finn was clearly still too drunk to do much else than panic, so he helped cleaning up Jeremy's knees.

Jeremy wanted to get up and chase after her, but his knee had taken quite the blow. Finn helped him up but he was mumbling something about having to go. He was helped back inside and as Finn cleaned his knees he grit his teeth and complained. Some guy arrived and his words made Jeremy frown a little as he wasnt sure it was a compliment. "Jeremy." he said, looking at the guy with a slight frown. He also had his elbows but they werent bleeding just slightly scraped. "I have to go help my friend." he said as he tried to get down from the counter.

"Nice to meet you, Jeremy - I'm Damiano," he said with a warm smile on his lips. He clearly wasn't intoxicated like the others at the party. As Jeremy tried to get down, he just kept him in place, "your friend wouldn't want you to hurt yourself further; It won't take long," he said calmly, pushing the guy to remain seated. He was just on his knees, making sure to clean the wounds that were still bleeding slightly, making sure that he had gotten all dirt out.
Digging through the medical kit he found some cream to apply before he placed some type of band-aid over each just to keep it from getting dirty. "There ya go," he said, getting up on his feet, holding his hand forward to help the guy down from the counter. Finn had left, panicking and talking to himself. "Careful now, you still took a pretty big hit," he said, supporting Jeremy if he let him.

Damiano. It was not a name he had heard often so he would most probably remember it. But he was also very focused on trying to find Zaira again, though Damiano kept him in place. The cleaning part was hurting anyway and Jeremy didnt like that, so he wanted to get away from that feeling, but at least it helped to look at the other guy and what he was doing. Once he was fixed up, he realized that Finn had left them. He was helped down, gritting his teeth as he still felt the blow that his knees had taken. "Thank you." he said a little flustered, looking at Damiano as he held onto him. "Are you not supposed to be drinking? Having fun? Not helping strangers with scraped knees?" he asked as he noticed the other guy not really being drunk. He had only had a beer or two himself.

It was only normal for a blow like that to still be felt, even for a few days, but it wasn't anything dangerous. He chuckled as Jeremy thanked him, shaking his head a little as if to say he didn't need a thank you when it was just something he would do for anyone. Then the questions came, and Damiano couldn't help but laugh a little, his vocal chords a little gritty as he nodded a little. "You can have fun without drinking, and helping others gives me a chance to meet some new people," he said with a charming smile grazing his lips. Damiano was a bit different than most the guys at the party, for one he was wearing visible makeup, his eyeliner a little smudged, but he had some glitter on his cheekbones - as if they needed to be shown off more. "Not every night I get to patch up someone as handsome as you," he said with a slight shrug, placing a hand in his pocket. "C'mon, let me help you find that friend of yours," he said, gesturing for Jeremy to lead the way.

"A little weird, but sure I'll accept it." Jeremy chuckled, feeling a little thankful for the help. The compliment however made Jeremy frown a little as he mumbled that he could perfectly stand on his own now, even if his knees were sore. The gesture made him nod before he looked around. He decided to send her a text, just as that would might give a clue to where she was.

[Jeremy and Zaira]
[Jeremy:] Are you okay?
[Jeremy:] Where did you go???

Kurtis stood leaned a little up against the wall, smoking his cigarette as Vanessa was correcting her clothes. "You could at least not call me that." she said a little disgruntled, Kurtis not really answering. "I knew it. You are so fucking obvious even when you dont want to show it." she said, giving him a light shove that he didnt react to it. She just groaned and then left, Kurtis biting the inside of his lip as he seemed to be deep in thought.

Damiano was a little surprised how Jeremy reacted the way he did, so he decided to back off on the compliments. Maybe he was just misreading some signs? "Sorry," he said rather genuinely as Jeremy sent his texts. "I didn't mean to assume; I'm not some predatory type," he said, feeling as if he needed to explain himself, but being out and proud came with it's fair share of troubles. The worst was when straight guys took out their frustration on him just because he was open and free.

[Zaira:] I'm home
[Zaira:] I'm fine

Zaira hated feeling this shit. Her mother had gone to work, so she was just laying on her mattress on her balcony, clutching her duvet close to her chest as her stomach was hurting. She didn't even feel like she was even going to sleep. Nothing felt right anymore, all she could think about was how Finn had used his weight to hold her down and if she hadn't been able to punch him, then who knows what would've happened? She pulled the duvet over her head, hiding her face as she made a few screams in to the fluffy material.
