"Correction, I am your fiend," he retaliated, though he was smiling and not taking it as a bad thing at all. He just knew that they were perfect for one another. And everything so far had been what he had needed this to be.
The compliments made his blush a little. How funny that he still found a way to make him a little flustered even now. Returning to the wood he was a bit surprised to hear that it had been ordered with the suits, but then again, Eden never did anything half way. The suggestion made him hum, nodding as he got into the warm water. Stopping the faucet and just feeling the heat surround him. As the vampyre returned, he reached for his love, wanting him to join in the bath. He looked tired, but it was clear he was still awake enough to do this. If he joined he would smile moving up to sit in his lap. "Let's see about that mark," he smiled, feeling so proud to be doing this. He took the wood ever so carefully, leaning down to kiss the vampyre's skin gently. "My husband," he whispered affectionately before leaning away. He focused on his skin, carving his name carefully and delicately. Each letter was handle with care. It was going to be permanent, so he wanted to make it perfect. Perfect as the vampyre he was carving into.

Feeling the vampyre in pain he hesitated a little. It clearly wasn't comfortable, but his love encouraged him to continue. That the pain would stop once he was done. He just let him get comfortable, as his name wasn't long, but being a perfectionist meant it was going a little slow. He wanted it to look coherent and not rushed. He watched how the words he had written on the vampyre's skin was now mostly healed, seeing his name written like that was a sight he couldn't quite describe. He was truly his now. "I don't know if I can do that tonight," he admitted. It was one thing to carve into his skin, knowing it was hurting the man he loved; it was another to feel that hurt through his skin. "If you still want it in the morning I'll give it to you," he promised. That was what their honesty was about. It was about taking things at their own pace while being considerate of the other. And Romeo had to admit that he had never experienced something quite like this love. It was unique in every way. It had been a twisted and turned road to get here, but they had managed it regardless.
The vampyre reminded him that not everything about this trip was indulging themselves in bodily pleasure, and it wasn't like Romeo didn't know that. But it was a big part of their relationship.
