Stay out of it

He scoffed, though he was soon enough attacked by her lips, greeting them happily. She told him to continue, and so he did, pushing her back lightly to lay between her legs. Groaning softly in to her mouth, he wanted to see if they could take the next step. Licking her lips gently and curiously, his hands grasped lightly at her sides, wanting her closer still. He couldn't deny her what she wanted, not after getting to be with her.
The issue between his legs was not so easy to hide anymore, but he tried not to rock his hips too meet hers. And yet he couldn't help himself as he indulged in her. One hand let go of her, grasping around the linen beneath her, scrunching it up in his palm as he felt quite overwhelmed. And yet he continued.

She followed his push and felt him move in between her legs. It was fine with her, as long as their lips kept meeting. His reactions and movements made her whole body warm up in a way that felt so different and yet so welcome. He licked her lips and she opened her mouth for him, though she had to admit that she had maybe tried this once or twice in her life, but she tried to just follow his lead, if he went ahead. She could feel him press against her and it didnt really occur to her, even if her body was aware and instinctively moving lightly. It wasnt until a soft moan left her lips that she realized what she was doing, freezing up as she was just so surprised. “Oh gods! I’m so sorry… I’m sorry…!” She began muttering, hiding her face away in his shoulder as she otherwise would be blushing like crazy. Even if her glasses were pressing on her nose, she refused to do anything else than hide away while her heart slowly calmed down, gripping onto him to keep him in place as well.

He loved that she moved against him, but he had to admit it was getting out of hand for him. The friction was too good, and he needed to stop. However he could barely do anything but follow her lead. It wasn't before she froze he gasped for air, feeling her hide away as he was trying to return to the reality of the moment. His cheeks were warm, his shoulders trembling a bit from the grinding, but what made him worried was how she apologized. It was strange how safe she made him feel, making him almost forget himself and it wasn't what he wanted. He wanted to be in the moment with her.
He hushed her, wrapping his arm tightly around her, "please .. don't," he tried whispering, still trying to find his breath. His hand slowly let go of the linen that was now a crumbled up mess. Gasping a bit he felt his body shake a little from how it had felt, "no apologizing."

He wrapped his arm around her tight and she really needed that as she panted and gasped, making small complaining noises as it felt like her lungs couldnt fill up with enough air. He told her to not apologize but she found it hard not to. She at least still muttered it quietly if any sound of an actual word was able to leave her mouth, she felt like putty inside and yet her body was almost rigid and stiff as she clung onto him. Shaking her head she refused to not apologize, drawing in a deep breath while she focused on getting actual words out to communicate with him instead of saying odd sounds as if he could decipher them. “I was taking it way too far.” She said into his shirt, muffling the words. Was she wrong?

Rhys knew they had agreed to take things slow, and perhaps he was a big part of it. He wasn't someone who so easily trusted, especially with intimacy. But this had felt good, even if it had also felt scary. She spoke in to his shirt and he pulled away, cupping her good cheek as he tried searching for her gaze. "We both did," he refused to believe it was only her fault. His body had moved just as she had, but perhaps he was a bit more scared than he showed. "But it's alright .. We can talk about that," he muttered, his breath still having a hard time keeping up.
Was he ashamed to admit just how good it had felt? Maybe a little, but it was just his stupid pride getting in the way. "Look at me, Ems, please," he needed her right now, his eyes fluid but he wasn't crying, "I just .. I don't want to hurt you."

They both were? She couldnt quite believe that because she had been the one to just tell him to deal with it and then plead that he kissed her more. She felt his hand on her cheek but she was avoiding hos eyes, feeling a little shameful at her own behaviour. She had really just given in to the moment hadnt she? And yet she listened, glancing at him for just a moment  as he said something that was quite soothing. He was right, they could talk about it.
As he asked her to look at him, she did and noticed that his eyes were fluid. It made her eyes well up as well as she looked at him. Moving her hands up, she touched his face. “You could never hurt me.” She said and believed her own words to the fullest. “I can feel it in the way you touch me. They way you hold me.” She muttered, her voice breaking up a little as she was getting emotional.

She sounded so convincing, and he really wanted to believe her, but his experiences said otherwise. Was he stupid for even starting a relationship with her? What would he do if she one day decided she didn't want him anymore? "I really liked it," he confessed, though it was clear he was still conflicted about it, he also wanted her to feel wanted. "I know we agreed to go slow .. but it made me want to do more," and that wasn't a bad thing. They were a couple. They were supposed to do stuff like this. And yet it still felt scary.
"Like, not all the way more," he clarified. Yeah he wasn't really ready for that yet. Not when he still was afraid of hurting her. He cared for her a lot, and he hoped it showed. "At least I don't want you to be scared of testing my limits .. I like you very much, Ems, and that means being close to you is important."

She nodded at his confession, feeling the same even if it had caught her off-guard that she would behave that way. She hadnt really expected that of herself. Watching him, she tried to blink the tears that had built up in her eyes, nodding as she could understand why he felt that way. It wasnt like she wanted to keep things stagnated, but she also wanted to be very mindful of what she did so she wouldnt do something she would regret. “Okay.” She whispered to his clarification, finding it nice that he was being honest with her. He told her not to be scared but it wasnt that easy. “I’m scared of my own limits. And whether I’m really ready to cross them.” She said in a timid tone, looking at him with a vulnerable look in her eyes. She was also exposing herself quite a lot right now, so she was closing up a bit, within reason. “You’ve already seen my neck. You do the math for what the rest could look like.” She whispered, looking away as it made her sad to think about.

It was alright to be scared, wasn't it? It was new to him too, but he couldn't find the right words to say that.
However the whisper caught him off guard. "You're afraid I won't like what I see?" He asked, looking rather seriously at her. He nuzzled his nose to hers, placing a soft pack against her lips. "You're my girlfriend .. You know I really like you, right?" He smiled, touching her up and down her side, letting her feel grounded in the moment. "Sure your neck surprised me, but when you decided to trust me with helping you it wasn't off putting to me," he said. Was he making any sense? "What I'm trying to say is that I like you for you, Emily, more than I can really describe in words."

“It’s not that simple.” She said, unsure how to even explain it without revealing herself; and frankly that wasnt happening any time soon. Not when she still had this idea in her head that he would see her differently, even if that was just all her mind and not reality. He did that thing again, to soothe her and it was working. “I really like you too.” She spoke quietly. If her neck surprised him, then he was in for a treat with the rest of her and frankly she didnt know how he would react. But this was also her not knowing how far he’d go to keep her unharmed and how vengeful he could get when he found out that she had been. “I do feel that. And it makes me happy. But there are also things.. about myself.. that I need to come to terns with before I let anyone else know too.” She said before she seemingly changed her mind and shook her head. “No, I’m sorry, that doesnt make sense but it does to me.” She said, not actually knowing whether it made sense or not, just merely guessing.

Her explanation made perfect sense to him, but perhaps it was because he could relate so strongly. There were parts of him that he didn't ever want her to see, but time would tell. "No, hey," he said, stopping her from shaking her head, "it makes perfect sense." Assuring her he sent her a smile, "besides not everything has to make sense for me to respect your wishes." That was important for him to say.
He could still feel his body having reacted to what they had done, but he wasn't going to act on it. In fact he thought it spoke to the fact that he found her really attractive.
"I want us to be able to do this," he said, it was his time to look a bit vulnerable, "to stop and just talk if we feel it's going too fast."

He got her attention as he stopped her and she shifted between his eyes like she was looking for any clues that he was just saying it to soothe her. But he wasnt, and the addition made her eyes soften up a little. He was definitely too good for her, she could already tell, so it just meant that much more that he had chosen to be with her.
She had calmed down by the time he pointed out how important this was to him. She lifted a hand to touch his face before she nodded. “I want the same. I think it’s good for us.” She said, rubbing his cheek gently with the back of her fingers before pressing her palm lightly to his skin. “I’ve never been good with intimacy. I guess I never got to have any meaningful experiences that helped me figure myself out.” She admitted before she scoffed. Did that make her weird?

Though it was a serious moment for them, the admittance couldn't stop him from chuckling a bit. It was like the more he got to know her, the more things they had in common. "Trust me, my former experiences are nothing like this either," he confided in her, relishing in her palm against his cheek. He loved that feeling. How she could so easily calm him down, make him feel less like a freak and more like a person. "I really like your lips .. and your tongue," he smiled, letting her know that this was at least something he could be okay with continuing. "And I like it when your fingers are in my hair," he chuckled, looking down for a bit as he felt a little embarrassed to admit that something so small had turned him on. His eyes returned to her, liking how the glasses were on her. "You're really beautiful."

He began chuckling and it made her frown slightly as she wasnt sure if it was because he actually found her weird or she had said something that was seemingly funny. He however confided in her that he was sort of the same and that was comforting, oddly enough. He spoke of what he liked and a faint smile was forming on her lips as her softer expression returned. She looked rather in love as she listened to him. “I’ll remember all that.” She assured him, lifting his head gently as she didnt want him to be embarassed. When he looked at her, she sent him a reasuring smile, though she noticed how he was looking at her, especially the glasses. “Oh please, I know I look like a geek.” She brushed it off with a chuckle.

"A beautiful and incredibly hot geek," he corrected her, smiling as he kept on inspecting her. Yeah, she was really pretty. In fact he was pretty sure he hadn't ever felt this way about anyone, at least not while sober. He could hear the movie going in the background, making him chuckle as he looked over his shoulder before looking back at her. "How about we try watching the rest of this movie?" he suggested. At least it would help him calm down a bit.

The correction made her roll her eyes a bit before she looked at him with a lingering smile. “You’ve got some weird kinks.” She teased him. He looked back and her eyes followed, remembering that they were supposed to be watching that. “Yeah, that’s a good idea. Let’s do that.” She chuckled, turning her eyes to the screen, leaning her head towards his, if he had moved to lie beside her instead of on top of her. The movie was alright, but she definitely found herself to be a bit distracted by him. She at least took some moments to just look at him, sometimes quite obviously and others more subtle. He just made her happy. And she wanted to have the sight of him ingrained in her brain, even if that was sappy.

He moved to lay down beside her, looking at the screen as he pulled her close. He did notice how she kept stealing looks, but he wasn't minding it one bit. However as the movie came to a close and the credits started to roll, he pulled her in closer, smiling as he hid his face in her hair. "I feel like it's time I show you something," he said in a slight sigh, letting go of her he got up and out of the bed. He hesitated a bit, but he also didn't want to make a big deal of this. "You've shown me your scar .. I thought it was time I showed you mine?" Was that weird? He didn't really know if she even wanted to see.

When the movie came to an end, she chuckled as he pulled her in, drawing in a soft breath. His sigh made her curious because she didnt quite know what it was he was going to show her, and as he got out of bed, she instictively sat up and looked at him. He mentioned the scar on her neck and she became quite aware of it and how it was starting to itch now exactly because she was aware. But he suggesting showing his scar and she frowned lightly. “You have a scar? Where?” She asked, because she hadnt noticed anything before. And she had seen him without a shirt on at this point. Maybe she hadnt been that observant after all?

Rhys scoffed, "I told you, I'll show you," he needed to take a little breather before he removed his shirt. There were many cuts on him still, most of them healing rather nicely. She had seen his chest before, but he was unsure if she had seen his back. And perhaps she hadn't noticed. Moving closer he turned around, letting her see the cuts on his back, but beneath them were rather bumpy scars, all seemingly from different things being used on him. He just stood there, letting her inspect him, even touch the scars if she wanted to. "Most of them I don't remember how I got .. Some of them I do," he admitted.

“Okay.” She said, letting him take his time, though she wasnt too sure what he was going to show her. He took off his shirt and she couldnt see anything on his chest really, beside the cuts and whatnot he had gotten from the recent events. He came closer and then turned and that’s when she saw them. At first she wondered why there were so many but she didnt really dare ask. He hadnt asked about hers, so she could return the favour of letting him decide himself whether to tell or not. She did run her finger over one bump, finding herself worrying that it had hurt him. But frankly, none of these scars looked painless. “I’m sorry.” She whispered quietly, placing a flat hand on his back. “Thank you for trusting me.” She said, looking at her hand on his skin.

Gritting his teeth, this was something he hadn't even shown Elaine. In fact she had probably placed a few scars back there in her day. His breath shuddered lightly as he felt her hand rest against his skin. "I trust you," he said, and that wasn't something he did lightly. He turned around, looking at her, he placed a finger under her chin. Biting his lower lip a little absentmindedly as he looked at her, "I really like your hands against my skin," he admitted in a sigh.

She was glad he trusted her. When he turned and placed a finger under her head, she looked up st him, noticing how he was biting his lip. He looked good like this, she had to admit. “That’s good because I like touching you.” She said, placing a hand softly against his hip, looking up at him with loving eyes. “You look really beautiful.” She said, running her finger along a line he had down his hip. If he liked her lips… then maybe? She carefully leaned in to kiss his skin while she kept her eyes on his.

His jaw tensed, the sensation of her hand, the way her finger traced down his hip. His breath hiccupped slightly as he felt her lips against his skin, "fuck baby," he cursed softly. Wasn't it a little embarrassing how touch deprived he felt? "I like that," he hummed, chuckling as he looked down at her. Why did she have to make it so easy? It didn't feel complicated with her, in fact it was as simple as breathing when she was around. And yet it was a little bit painful, because he wanted this to be sweet and here she was turning him on again with a few touches.

She wanted him to feel good? He hummed, looking at her in amazement as she looked up at him. As she leaned away his muscles relaxed once more before leaning down to connect their lips tenderly. He wasn't in a rush. He just needed to feel her lips against his own. "Is this alright?" he asked, smiling against her lips as he just stood there leaned over her, kissing her softly. "Or is there other places you want my lips?" he muttered, moving his kisses to her chin, her cheek, below her ear; Just trying out different places that might make her feel good.
